1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the FilesToSheet web application or website (operated by Farvision Digital Media), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Service & Credit System

FilesToSheet provides an AI-powered automated document data extraction tool that parses PDF documents, images, bank statements, and invoices into structured Excel, CSV, and JSON spreadsheets.

• Credit Consumption: Service usage is measured in credits. Parsing 1 document page consumes 1 credit from your workspace balance.
• Pay-As-You-Go Credit Top-Ups: Credits are purchased in top-up packs as advertised on our pricing page.
• Non-Expiring Credits: Purchased credit packs do not expire as long as your workspace account remains active.
• Finality of Purchases: All credit pack purchases are final and non-refundable as detailed in our Refund Policy.

3. User Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your workspace account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use FilesToSheet to:

• Upload files containing malware, viruses, or destructive computer code.
• Process documents in violation of intellectual property laws or privacy rights of third parties.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or overload our API infrastructure.
• Perform automated scraping or unauthorized bot queries.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

• Your Content & Outputs: You retain full ownership rights to all source files uploaded and all structured Excel/CSV/JSON data extracted by the service.
• FilesToSheet Platform: Farvision Digital Media retains all right, title, and interest in the FilesToSheet platform, software, branding, UI components, and proprietary algorithms.

6. Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimer

FilesToSheet is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While our AI vision models deliver high precision, you are responsible for reviewing extracted output spreadsheets prior to using them for tax filing or financial audits.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Farvision Digital Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
