1. General Refund Policy

At FilesToSheet (operated by Farvision Digital Media), we operate on a digital pay-as-you-go credit system. Due to the digital nature of instant AI processing credits, all credit top-up pack purchases are final and non-refundable once successfully processed.

Before purchasing a credit pack, we encourage users to test the platform using any complimentary trial credits provided upon signup.

2. Technical Failure Credit Restores

While monetary refunds are not issued for purchased credit packs, we ensure full fairness regarding technical execution:

• Automatic System Reversals: If a document extraction job fails to complete due to a server error, system timeout, or internal backend failure, consumed credits are automatically reverted back to your workspace balance immediately.
• Manual Credit Adjustment: If a corrupted or unreadable document fails to extract properly and credits were consumed, you may contact support for a manual credit adjustment to restore the affected credits.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Monetary refunds will not be issued under any circumstances including:

• Change of mind after purchasing a credit pack.
• Unused credits remaining in a workspace account.
• Accounts terminated due to violations of our Acceptable Use Policy (e.g., abusive or malicious activity).
