2. Document Processing & File Confidentiality

Your privacy and data security are our top priorities:

• Temporary Processing: Uploaded PDF files, bank statements, invoices, and images are processed strictly to extract tabular data into Excel/CSV.
• Automated Purge: Uploaded documents and converted files are automatically and permanently deleted from our processing servers within 1 hour.
• No Model Training: We do NOT sell, inspect, or train public AI models on your private documents.

3. Personal & Billing Information

We collect minimal personal information required for account authentication and transaction management (email address and credit usage history). Payment data (credit card / debit card / UPI / Netbanking) is processed securely by PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways (Razorpay, Stripe, or PayPal). We do not store raw card numbers.
